General, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and other work, located at 12710 Littlerock Road SW, Olympia, WA 98512 as indicated on Drawings.

The City of Everett owns the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) at 4027 4th Street SE, Everett, WA 98201 and is seeking a Contractor to perform the following work, which includes but is not limited to: 1. Temporary erosion and sediment control measures. 2. Trenching, excavation, shoring, dewatering, bedding, backfill, and compaction for repair of an existing 48-inch TFI pipe section and 48-inch SE pipe section. A portion of the area has been previously excavated by the Owner to diagnose the needed repairs. 3. Additional pavement demolition as necessary to facilitate the work. The Owner has already removed existing pavements to the extents shown and noted in the Drawings. 4. Demolishing an existing 48-inch TFI pipe section and two (2) existing couplings on either side of an existing elbow. 5. Demolishing two (2) existing 48-inch SE pipe couplings on either side of an existing 90-degree elbow. 6. Furnishing and installing a new 48-inch TFI pipe section, flexible rubber connector, two (2) couplings, and associated restraints. 7. Furnishing and installing two (2) new 48-inch SE couplings and associated restraints. Note that the duration of the 48-inch SE pipe repair shall not exceed a 24-hour period between removal of the pipe couplings and elbow and installation of the new couplings and replacement of the elbow. 8. Removing and reinstalling an existing 48-inch TFI elbow and 48-inch SE elbow to facilitate installation of the new pipe section and couplings. 9. Removing mortar coating from the existing 48-inch TFI and 48-inch SE piping and elbows to facilitate installation of the new couplings and restraints. 10. Fabricating and welding U-shaped plates to the existing 48-inch TFI and 48-inch SE piping and elbows for restraint of the couplings. 11. Enlarging the pipe penetration at the existing Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure to facilitate installation of the new flexible rubber connector. 12. Removing portions of the existing screen channel sidewalls and floor grout in the Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure to extend the new 48-inch TFI pipe section past the interior face of the structure wall. 13. Remove and reset the existing electrical vault near the east side of the Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure. 14. Filling under the existing stairs along the east side of the Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure. 15. Constructing a new dumpster pad, furnishing and installing a new area drain for the pad, and connecting piping between the area drain and Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure. 16. Prepare subgrade and place asphalt pavement where the asphalt has already been removed by the Owner and any other areas where asphalt is removed by the Contractor to facilitate the Work.

Wastewater lift station Upgrades: Abandon an existing below-ground lift station structure, meter vault, and associated piping, and replace with new submersible wastewater pumps, pre-cast meter vault, concrete wet well, ductile iron force main, FRP electrical equipment building, and permanent standby generator and gravity sewer piping. Work to include bypass pumping, dewatering, and site grading which will include the installation of a retaining wall as shown on the plans and described herein.. Force main replacement: Install approximately 22 LF of 8-in. class 52 DI force main open trench with connection to existing force main. Work to include traffic control as required.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, grading shaping and compacting 4.8 miles of roadway, and providing all materials, labor, and equipment to remove two existing 24- inch culvert, and install a pipe arch 129 span by 8 11 rise (Nominal: 157 x 101) x 60-foot-long Gauge 10 Aluminized Corrugated Metal Culvert (5 x 1 in. Corrugation), and to remove an existing 48-inch culvert, and install a bottomless metal arch 14 span by 4 8 rise x 60-foot-long Gauge 10 Galvanized Steel Corrugated Metal (5 x 2 in. Corrugation).

The Project scope consists of the following: Convert an existing ~1900 SF classroom (Room 138) into two classrooms with a new framed wall: a computer lab (Room 138) and a new general classroom (Room 140). The renovated classroom will include new door to classroom 140, CMU wall infill where overhead door has been removed, newly sealed concrete floors, repainted walls, new ACT ceilings, and modified mechanical & electrical based on the revised layout. Update finishes for classrooms 107, 109, 111, 117, 142, 144 (~4700 SF). Scope includes new sealed concrete floors, repainted walls, new ACT ceiling with updated LED lights and new supply/return diffusers. Update WiFi connection for the entire building. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.

The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for construction of the Westport Skatepark project. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: (1) site clearing, earth moving, erosion and sediment control; (2) skatepark construction, including concrete flatwork, concrete reinforcement, cast in-place concrete, shotcrete, metal fabrications, painting, drainage, and associated appurtenances; and (3) surface restoration of all disturbed surfaces.

The Project involves the phased renovation and adaptive reuse of a former approximately 70,000-square-foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Operations and Administrative Campus for Skagit Transit. The selected Consultant shall act as the Owners representative, ensuring the Project is delivered in strict accordance with Contract Documents, FTA requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

This project includes the removal of the existing knife gate valves, furnishing, installation and place in satisfactory operating condition new knife gate valve, assemblies and appurtenances within the City's wastewater treatment plant anaerobic digester building and other incidental work.

Scope of Work: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct approximately 2,500 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE sewer pipe using open-cut installation methods. The new piping will replace an existing 14-inch AC pipeline that conveys flow from a pump station that must remain in service. Bypass pumping will be necessary throughout the the duration of the work. Additionally, the work includes construction of a rock buttress for slope protection, demolition of an existing carport, installation of two (2) air/vacuum valve assemblies, and connections to existing sewer piping with all necessary fittings and appurtenances. The scope also includes clearing and grubbing of the project corridor, restoration of disturbed areas, miscellaneous landscaping, and full pavement restorations, specifications, and applicable standards.

The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for mobilization to the site; site preparation; excavation and disposal or recycling of soils contaminated with petroleum; excavation, removal, and disposal of a 300 gallon abandoned underground storage tank (UST); excavation, removal, and disposal of septic tank and attached lines within the excavation zone of the UST; excavation of overburden soils from areas of contaminated groundwater and stockpile for later use; as needed dewatering and treatment of water from excavation locations to improve excavation stability; mixing of bioremediation reagents into the 2-feet of soil at the bottom of the remediation locations; and backfilling the excavations with stockpiled overburden soils, salvaged soils, or approved import material and associated project restoration.

It includes a re-roof project of approximately 22,000 sf and installing Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (12) twelve new roof top units on D Building of Bellevue College. Work consists of: The demolition of the existing roof assembly and installation of a new roof assembly of modified bitumen membrane. New mechanical curbs for roof top equipment, roof drains, and roof scuppers. Electrical work to support new equipment and to tie into existing fire alarm. Interior replacing of acoustical tile under mechanical equipment as necessary. Requires grinding and inlaying travel lanes, pavement repair, guardrail repair, concrete barrier replacement, rebuilding a climbing lane, installing an underdrain system, traffic control and other work. Involves 63 items and 77 working days. Work class 4, asphalt concrete paving. 19% SBE goal

There are three (3) sites associated with this project. The work to be performed shall be along 436th Ave SE from SE 136th St to SE North Bend Way (Schedule A), SE 140th St from Eagles Nest Pl SE to the west end of the Ichijo development approximately 500 feet east of 463rd Ave SE (Schedule B), and 468th Ave SE from SE 144th St to the City limit between SE 146th St and SE North Bend Way (Schedule C). The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, pavement removal via planing, pavement overlay and inlay, areas of full-depth pavement repair, road widening, miscellaneous surface restoration, pavement markings, traffic control, and other Work as required to complete the Project.

The Kent School District wishes to contract services to install an accessible ramp along the dive aisle at Kent-Meridian HS and French Field entrance.

Scope includes re-covering an existing buildings single ply membrane with new. Other work entails metal siding panel removal and replacement necessary for roof to wall transition flashing. The College proposes to improve the drainage at the Childrens Center. Related work includes excavation and removal of asphalt, concrete, a strip drain, a drain line, and a catch basin. Work also includes installing synthetic turf, a concrete retaining wall, and drainage elements.
