General, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and other work, located at 12710 Littlerock Road SW, Olympia, WA 98512 as indicated on Drawings.
Wastewater lift station Upgrades: Abandon an existing below-ground lift station structure, meter vault, and associated piping, and replace with new submersible wastewater pumps, pre-cast meter vault, concrete wet well, ductile iron force main, FRP electrical equipment building, and permanent standby generator and gravity sewer piping. Work to include bypass pumping, dewatering, and site grading which will include the installation of a retaining wall as shown on the plans and described herein.. Force main replacement: Install approximately 22 LF of 8-in. class 52 DI force main open trench with connection to existing force main. Work to include traffic control as required.
The project consists of, but is not limited to, grading shaping and compacting 4.8 miles of roadway, and providing all materials, labor, and equipment to remove two existing 24- inch culvert, and install a pipe arch 129 span by 8 11 rise (Nominal: 157 x 101) x 60-foot-long Gauge 10 Aluminized Corrugated Metal Culvert (5 x 1 in. Corrugation), and to remove an existing 48-inch culvert, and install a bottomless metal arch 14 span by 4 8 rise x 60-foot-long Gauge 10 Galvanized Steel Corrugated Metal (5 x 2 in. Corrugation).
The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for construction of the Westport Skatepark project. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: (1) site clearing, earth moving, erosion and sediment control; (2) skatepark construction, including concrete flatwork, concrete reinforcement, cast in-place concrete, shotcrete, metal fabrications, painting, drainage, and associated appurtenances; and (3) surface restoration of all disturbed surfaces.
The Project involves the phased renovation and adaptive reuse of a former approximately 70,000-square-foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Operations and Administrative Campus for Skagit Transit. The selected Consultant shall act as the Owners representative, ensuring the Project is delivered in strict accordance with Contract Documents, FTA requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
This project includes the removal of the existing knife gate valves, furnishing, installation and place in satisfactory operating condition new knife gate valve, assemblies and appurtenances within the City's wastewater treatment plant anaerobic digester building and other incidental work.
The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for mobilization to the site; site preparation; excavation and disposal or recycling of soils contaminated with petroleum; excavation, removal, and disposal of a 300 gallon abandoned underground storage tank (UST); excavation, removal, and disposal of septic tank and attached lines within the excavation zone of the UST; excavation of overburden soils from areas of contaminated groundwater and stockpile for later use; as needed dewatering and treatment of water from excavation locations to improve excavation stability; mixing of bioremediation reagents into the 2-feet of soil at the bottom of the remediation locations; and backfilling the excavations with stockpiled overburden soils, salvaged soils, or approved import material and associated project restoration.

There are three (3) sites associated with this project. The work to be performed shall be along 436th Ave SE from SE 136th St to SE North Bend Way (Schedule A), SE 140th St from Eagles Nest Pl SE to the west end of the Ichijo development approximately 500 feet east of 463rd Ave SE (Schedule B), and 468th Ave SE from SE 144th St to the City limit between SE 146th St and SE North Bend Way (Schedule C).
