The project includes the following work: Design, supply and install a PV system on the rooftop of the building at the Port of Ridgefield at 5645 S 11th St Building A. The aggregate PV DC nameplate capacity under this bid shall be 180 kW. This project is part of the Clark Public Utilities Community Solar at the Port of Ridgefield Program.
Consultant shall provide the necessary professional, technical, and engineering services to include but not limited to: roofing systems assessments, design services for new construction, design of replacement of existing roofing systems, repair and/or maintenance plans for new or existing roofing systems, design of demolition of existing roofing systems, capital plan estimates, asset conditions and other assessments for all types of existing roofing systems, permit assistance, evaluation of existing fall protection systems, as well as the design of improvements to existing fall protection systems as necessary.
Statement of Qualification from firms or individuals interested in providing design services, community outreach, and environmental review for the NE 175th Street 5th Ave NE to 15th Ave NE Safety Improvements Project (Project).
The project consists of renovations and an addition to the existing Administration Building on the City of Spokane Water Department Campus. This is the second phase of the construction and includes a remodel of the existing administration building and an addition to the East end of the building. Demolition activities as indicated on the drawings include but are not limited to: complete removal of an existing structure, removal of most interior partitions, ceiling, flooring and finishes as indicated.

The bid opening has been extended to Monday June 8,2026 at 1:30pm. Labor & materials to refurbish flow barrier per contract documents. Coating refurbishment of 90 steel flow barriers at the Wells Hydroelectric Project. Work includes Transportation of barriers from the project site to the contractors facility and back, Removal of existing coating, Precoating preparation and cleaning, Application of new coating.
Remove existing rooftop condenser and wall mounted mini split HVAC system in the headquarters server room along with all associated refrigerant lines. Install new, upgraded system and provide all necessary electrical connections for the new rooftop condenser. Evaluate, pressure test and commission new system. Provide close out package including permit sign offs, equipment submittals, and O&M manuals. 8% MWBE goal.
Seeking to select one or more consultant teams with multi-disciplinary expertise for design and permitting for a project on the Spokane River Centennial State Park Trail, a multiuse trail in Spokane County. The project will renovate and reconstruct 2.8 miles of the State Park Trail through the scenic lower Spokane River Gorge, renovate a popular trailhead (Military Cemetery Trailhead), reconstruct 430 linear feet of retaining wall supporting the trail, and complete habitat, accessibility, and viewpoint enhancements along a popular section of this 40-mile State Park Trail.
A prolonged power outage occurred in 2025 that strained the capabilities of the existing emergency generator. The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has elected to install two generators to minimize power interruptions and generate redundancy.
The work under this Contract consists of repair or replacement of a variety of piping systems, including but not limited to: repair or replacement of large diameter pipe in excess of 48 within 24 hour notice; exploratory excavation; minor piping systems modification; restoration and repair of disturbed mechanical and electrical assemblies, miscellaneous concrete or asphalt repairs related to pipe repair; back filling and grading to restore disturbed area to grade; restoration of landscaping; disposal of debris; and restoration of above and below ground facilities. Subcontracting work includes concrete work ,landscaping 5% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract. .
The purpose of this contract is to provide construction management and inspection (CM&I) services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Water and Land Resources Division for the White Center Ponds retrofit capital improvement project. This Scope of Work reflects the Countys current understanding of the work; however, it may be updated during negotiations.
The work will include, but not be limited to: installation of a new street facing marquee sign and reader board at site exterior, exterior building signage, library curtain wall window modifications and glazing replacement, general glazing replacement, concrete cold joint repairs, selective CMU repairs, sealant repairs, sheet metal repairs, and coating repairs.
Adding 2 floating aerators, one to each aeration basin, along with anchor cables and assoc mounting hardware. Electrical work will include overall updates to the site power, controls and telemetry to support the upgrade. 4 additional spare aerators will also be supplied as part of the project.
