The intent of this solicitation is to establish a five (5) year contract, with optional years after with ST discretion, to provide personnel, materials, equipment, and reports to perform bridge and tunnel inspections on Link Light Rail alignment. The initial term of the contract to be awarded is expected to be (5) year(s). Sound Transit will evaluate the option to extend for (2) additional one-year period(s) at Sound Transit's discretion. Sound Transit estimates that $3,000,000 in task orders will be awarded within the first year. However, all task orders are dependent upon funding through the relevant project budget. A minimum amount of work is guaranteed for each contract awarded pursuant to this solicitation.

The purpose of the project is to remove existing failed or obsolete dampers and actuator on two (2) designated air handling units (AHUs) and replace them with new fully functional, code compliant components. The work will restore proper airflow control, improve energy efficiency, and ensure reliable integration with the Building Automation System (BAS).

Demolition and removal of approximately 6,200 square feet of existing gravel and asphalt pavement; subgrade preparation and grading; pavement sawcutting and trenching for the new stormwater treatment system; procurement and installation of the stormwater treatment system; installation of approximately 6,200 square feet of new asphalt pavement; procurement and installation of security fencing and LED lighting fixtures with controls; and protection of all existing utilities.

The work includes a 2inch grind and overlay on sections of Ridge Street, Eagle Lake Drive, Pickering Court, Maple Street, Maple Avenue, Fir Street, Spruce Place, Meadowbrook Way, and the Fisher Creek Park parking lot. All areas to be restriped to match the existing markings.

This Contract provides for the application of surface treatments to approximately 0.75 miles of roadways throughout the Town of Wilkeson. The work shall include (but is not necessarily limited to) the placement of crushed screening and emulsified asphalt for chip seal, the application of asphalt for fog seal, and related work items. Two additional schedules of work provide for the application of surface treatments to two additional roadways totaling approximately 0.32 miles.

The Work includes demolition, site prep, earthwork, grading, asphalt concrete paving, electrical, communications, stormwater, detention vaults, structural foundations, pavement markings, traffic control, and all other work as noted on project plans for the consolidation of Economy 1 Parking Lot.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other misc items remove existing sidewalk, curb and gutter, pavement, subgrade; prep subgrade, place and compact top course, construct cement concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk; curb ramps, and drive approaches; install asphalt. Sced B requires the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and other misc items for transit stop improvments. Sched C & D are the City of Ellenburgs street related concrete work and utility related concrete work, respectively, and shall be used throughout the year on an as-needed basis.

This project will include street asphalt pavement milling/grinding/planing and thin overlay; construction of concrete sidewalk, curb, and ADA-compliant crosswalk pedestrian ramps; adjustments of existing utilities; temporary and permanent street striping and channelization, and property edge restoration.

Demolishing and disposing of an existing agricultural building. Erect a new pole-style building (to be supplied by the county). Install electrical. Pour and finish a concrete floor

Construction of two 0.75 million gallon AWWA D110 type 1 prestressed concrete reservoirs, earthwork, underground utilities, drainage systems, electrical and controls, water main pipe installation, surface restoration and related work in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications.

1. Good faith asbestos inspection(s) testing to comply with RCW 49.26.013 as required to achieve scope of work. 2. Removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials and 50% of plywood deck sheathing as well as 100LF of fascia board. 3. Inspect all exposed roof framing for any rot or damaged materials and repair as needed. 4. Block and seal any existing gable vents from attic interior. 5. Provide and install new CDX plywood deck sheathing and roofing materials according to manufacturers recommended installation specifications. 6. Provide and install all new approved roofing system components: a. Install approved Ice and Water shield roof underlayment to all critical areas and valleys. b. Install approved synthetic roof underlayment. c. Install approved composition roofing system. 7. Install Metal Roof Vent with minimum 50 sq.in Net Free Area ventilation. Total free area of ventilation must meet code requirements for attic ventilation. 8. Install Cor-A-Vent IN-Vent Attic Roof Vent or approved equal. Block eave vents after installation. 9. Install all metal 24-gauge flashing components according to manufacturers recommendations including roof penetration flashing, roof to wall flashing, eave and rake flashings and W-Valley flashing. 10. Install permanent fall arrest/restraint roof anchors and all other accessory items to complete the installation and maintenance of the roof in a safe and secure manner. 11. Install new fascia boards where there is any decay or rot that would prevent the exterior paint to be applied and warranted. Include painting of all fascia prior to installation of new gutters.12. Install new 5 K-style aluminum gutters and 2x3 aluminum downspouts to match existing locations. 13. Haul away and dispose of all debris and demolished materials. 14. Include painting all b-vent flashings, roof accessories and lead pipe flashings as needed. 15. Daily cleaning and final cleaning of all trash and debris. 16. Prevailing wage rates to be included. 17. Acceptable roofing products must meet these warranty requirements: Contractors workmanship warranty for a period of two (2) years from final completion. Subcontractors labor and materials for a period of two (2) years from final completion. Roofing manufacturers warranty of 100% materials and labor for five (5) years without proration or reductions. Roofing manufacturers 40-year warranty for materials. 18. Provide all applicable permits.

The project consists of the renovation of the historic Colville Public Library, approximately 9,980 square feet in size. The primary scope of work includes the installation of a new elevator. Construction will include all associated site work, utility improvements, and building renovations necessary to complete the project.

In general, the scope includes: The Work of this Contract consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents for Highline College, Campus Landscaping Improvements. Provide for the Work as shown in the Contract Documents, including all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the Project. Work Summary: a. Miscellaneous landscaping improvements around campus. b. Work includes landscape and irrigation improvements, lawn improvements, tree removal, irrigation mainline, wiring repair, and head replacement in multiple locations around campus. Contractor is required to coordinate all related requirements and Work specified throughout the Contract Documents including all traffic control provisions Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.

Requires removing and replacing precast cement concrete panels (PCCP), grinding, removing and replacing guardrail, traffic control and other work. Involves 21 items and 40 working days. Work class 5, cement concrete paving. A federally funded contract with an 11% federal small business enterprise goal.

In general, the scope entails Tenant Improvements around the existing student services desk and adjacent hallways. The Work includes demolition of casework and finishes and the installation of new floor and wall finishes. The Work also includes structural repairs to the Bookstore floor. A select area of floor structure and subfloor repair is part of this Work, as indicated on the architectural plans. Sequencing shall be as indicated below under Part 1, 1.09 Work Sequence. After the existing flooring and subfloor have been removed, the A & E team shall be notified. This will allow for the A & E team to visually assess the underlying structural conditions and develop repair requirements for this select area. Upon doing so, structural solutions will be provided, and this additional Work will be provided under direction of a Field Authorization or Change Order Proposal. Allow one work week from notification of the A & E team regarding underlying conditions being exposed, to a FA or COP being issued with repair directions. Work at areas outside of this select repair area shall proceed uninterrupted during the time of structural assessment and design issuance. Removal / demolition of select doors and frames, replacement of such doors and frames, cutting and patching work as related to this scope of work. The Work location is 76 North Power Plant Loop, Richland, WA 99354, inside the Radiological Controlled Area (RCA) of a nuclear power generating facility. Contractor shall provide qualified, trained, and experienced personnel to perform the HCU refurbishment.

The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from highly qualified firms/individuals who offer Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, for monthly and as needed pest/vermin control services that include but are not limited to interior/exterior spraying for insects, such as ants and spiders (and other insect pests), spraying/removing wasps/hornets/yellow jackets/or like species nests from trees or ground areas around buildings, parks, playground and water meter boxes, emergency response service calls, setup fee for locations, and other pest control services as needed that are not listed above. The City may add or remove building from the lists of sites being service with a written amendment to the contract executed by both parties.

Requires: grind and inlay the traveled surfaces of US 12 from 0.07 miles west of Bridge 12/221 to MP 77.48 with hot mix asphalt (HMA) 1/2" PG 58H-22, joints replacement, applying new membrane and new HMA on bridge No. 12/221, partial mill and fill for bridge 12/226 and paving above existing bridge 12/223.25 and bridge 12/224.25, traffic control and other work. The ADA features and APS buttons at the US 12/Jackson Hwy intersection will also be upgraded as part of this project. Involves 67 items and 51 working days. Work class 4, asphalt concrete paving. A federally funded contract with a 19% federal small business enterprise goal.

Project includes preparation of roadway surface, application of slurry seal, removal and installation of pavement markings, as well as complex traffic control and management to accommodate work in highly populated areas.
