The projects scope of work is to replace HVAC equipment and related ductwork, louvers, piping, and electrical work in relation to Supply Fan #4 in Penthouse #5. The intent is for the work to occur simultaneously over a two-month period maximum to allow for the existing system to be shut down in its entirety to simplify replacement. Access to the work site is good and equipment will fit all pathway clearances. The project anticipates the contractual period from the date of notice to proceed to September 28, 2026 shall be for material procurement, and on-site work for the project shall be limited to 63 calendar days commencing on September 28, 2026. Contractor is responsible for all work and project management contained in drawings and specifications. WESCOM and the City of Walla Walla invites proposals from qualified, licensed, and responsible firms in providing comprehensive architectural and engineering design services, and cost estimating for the renovation of the technology services building at the campus of Walla Walla Community College to house the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for Walla Walla County (WESCOM), and the Walla Walla County Emergency Management Department.

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR) are seeking a qualified contractor to conduct a comprehensive engineering design including construction-ready package for five (5) existing culvert failures in the general area of the Tunk Creek watershed within the upcoming 2031 Browns Pass Timber Sale, located on the Colville Indian Reservation in northeastern Washington. CTCR aims to replace and manage these stream crossings for multiple objectives, including but not limited to timber production and tribal member community benefits. The required end product deliverable will be a comprehensive engineering design report, including construction specifications to accompany engineering design, and fully developed Engineers Estimate construction costs to implement the Engineering Design.

Work includes approximately 2,300 linear feet of road reconstruction and utility replacement, striping, lighting, landscaping, construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of 9th Avenue and Pine Street, and other items.

This Contract provides for the construction of ADA-compliant ramps and driveway approaches along Main Street from the intersection of Park Street to the intersection of State Street. The purpose of this project is to develop countywide hydrologically corrected terrain analysis products and wetland-indicator raster layers that will support Snohomish Countys Critical Area Monitoring and Adaptive Management Planning and Implementation efforts.

The City of Normandy Park desires to complete a variety of capital improvement projects in 2026. The projects shall be divided into two schedules of work. Schedule A: The City of Normandy Park desires the completion of frontage improvements including curb/gutter and sidewalk improvements along 4th Avenue SW and SE 200th Street, fronting the park, as well as pavement widening for parking lot improvements, storm improvements, an electrical service and water service. Schedule B: The City of Normandy Park desires the completion of various landscaping and utility improvements within Marvista Park. These improvements include walkway, landscaping, and irrigation system improvements within the park, as well as a bocci ball court and food truck pad.

DES is seeking a Job Order Contractor firm to manage/coordinate the construction process as a member of a team with the Owner and other agencies. At a minimum, the Job Order Contractor firm shall be skilled in producing detailed drawings and specifications, developing schedules; preparing construction cost estimates, and understanding construction methods and techniques; sequencing of work; and coordinating and communicating the activities of the project team throughout the design and construction phases to all members of the team. In addition, the Job Order Contractor shall be familiar with regional labor, prevailing wage requirements and the subcontracting market, and be capable of working well with subcontractors. The initial JOC term is two (2) years, with a DES option of extending the contract for an additional year.

This project shall consist of: Pavement repair, slurry seal, curbing, removal and replacement of traffic markings, and traffic signal modifications on 20th Avenue S and on S 308 Street.

The Northshore School District Kokanee Elementary School Expansion Project involves replacing existing portable structures with a high-performance facility. The project will deliver approximately 40,000 square feet of new learning space. The scope includes campus redevelopment featuring playfields, optimized site circulation, site infrastructure upgrades, new cafeteria, and possibly a new main office.

The project consists of the replacement of approximately 12,000 linear feet of mainline including all valves, hydrants, service laterals, and meter boxes.
