The Project consists of the procurement of 2-Story Modular Classroom Buildings. Pre-qualification required. Pre-qualification documents must be submitted by July 1, 2026.

This project will rehabilitate approximately 3,309 linear feet of existing City of Los Angeles sewers comprised of: 2,944 linear feet of 54-inch circular reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) tile lined sewer; 246 linear feet of 30-inch circular double barrel cast iron (CI) siphon pipe, approximately 123 linear feet in length for each barrel; and 119 linear feet of 36-inch circular VCP Air Line. The sewer alignment runs along Mansfield Ave. & La Brea Ave from Ferndale St. (U/S MH No. 518-15-153) to Obama Blvd. (D/S MH No. 535-03-005). The proposed work also includes the rehabilitation of the maintenance holes, siphon inlet & outlet structures, and reconnection of house connections and sewer laterals.

The City of Malibu is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial services for Malibu City Hall and five City park facilities. The selected firm shall provide custodial services for offices, community rooms, common spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and outdoor areas. The custodial services include, but are not limited to, cleaning, washing, emptying trash, and other services necessary to maintain and secure facilities in operational condition. The services shall be implemented in accordance with a mixture of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal cleaning and maintenance schedules. The selected firm will also assist with preventive and miscellaneous maintenance work by promptly reporting broken, malfunctioning, or vandalized equipment, fixtures, or structures. Before beginning the work, the selected firm will be required to attend a one-hour training session covering the Citys waste management practices and zero-waste initiatives.

Repair & upgrade the ATSAC (LA CITY Traffic Management Center) fiber optic communication network throughout the City of Los Angeles by installing conduit and new fiber cables along 10 critical paths connecting existing traffic communication hubs in order to restore fiber & add backhaul paths. The paths are critical to strengthening the network and providing redundancy for efficient traffic management, ensuring successful mobility across the city for the Games Route Network (GRN), Games Enhanced Transit System (GETS) and approaches to venues in preparation for the LA 2028 Olympics and Paralympic Games.

As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project (Project) which consists of an the redesign of Friendship Square Plaza, funded with CDBG-CV to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the impacts of COVID-19. The project will improve the layout of the public space to support safer community use by incorporating design features that promote social distancing, enhance sanitation, and reduce the risk of virus transmission in a high-use public area. The selected contract will provide all necessary equipment, materials, transportation and labor for the project as shown on the plans on file with the Citys Public Works Department.

This Scope of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for inspection, testing, servicing, and repair of all Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA)-owned backflow prevention devices and private fire hydrants. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to perform all services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance, safety, and operational reliability of OCTA facilities.

Civic Center Library Teen Space Improvement Project

The Contractor shall provide a complete turnkey installation of a professional dance flooring system consisting of demolition and preparation of the existing floor, moisture mitigation as required, floor leveling, installation of a sprung modular dance subfloor system, installation of a professional vinyl dance floor surface, ADA-compliant transitions, and all associated work necessary for a complete and functional installation.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of the construction of paving hot mix asphalt, cold planing asphalt concrete, constructing survey monument encasements, constructing curb, gutter, sidewalk, and curb ramp, installing inductive loop detectors, relocating signs, and painting thermoplastic traffic stripes and pavement markings

The Work comprises of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, incidentals, all implied requirements, and all appurtenant work as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. Scope of Work: This project involves the modernization of three traction passenger elevator and one hydraulic elevator at Ellis OFarrell Garage (EOF) located at 123 OFarrell Street and the modernization of two traction passenger elevators located at St. Mary's Garage (SMA) located at 433 Kearny Street in San Francisco. In general, the project consists of interior renovation and technological improvements to the Citys Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

Project Summary: This Project will permanently remove the four Check 17 radial gates and retain one of them for storage. The Project includes the following principal features: Earthwork and other related work, including a. Soil scarification and excavation. b. Soil compaction. c. Placement of aggregate base. d. Construction of temporary access road. e. Site restoration to match existing conditions. Contaminated Site Material Removal: a. Removal, recovery, and disposal of hazardous substances, materials, and waste associated with the proposed structural modifications and Stoplogs Repair and Transportation: a. Replace stoplog rubber seals, including new steel plates and hardware. b. Transport stoplogs from Dos Amigos Pumping Plant and mobilize at Check Structure 17, for installation by Department personnel. c. Transport stoplogs from Check Structure 17 and return to Dos Amigos Pumping Plants storage area. Fabricate Radial Gate Cradle Frame. Dewatering of Check Structure 17 gate bays, Removal of all four existing radial gates and appurtenances at Check Structure 17. Dispose of radial gates No.1, 3, and 4, Radial gate No. 2 shall be transported to the Coalinga O&M Yard and stored on Contractor fabricated steel gate cradle frame, Fences and Gates: a. Reinstall barbed wire fence and swing gates.

Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide scheduled Generator Maintenance services twice per calendar year at each of the four (4) stations, routine component servicing, including oil changes, changing air and oil filters, and replacing necessary fluids, providing on-call troubleshooting and non-routine repairs in the event of a generator failure or emergency, and providing all necessary labor, parts, fluids, travel time, and equipment.
