The SFPUC is a Department of the City and County of San Francisco (“City”) that supplies drinking water to 2.7 million customers in the four Bay Area counties of Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and San Francisco, and upcountry near Groveland in Tuolumne County, and provides sewer services to San Francisco residents, hydroelectric power to San Francisco’s municipal operations, and clean, renewable power to San Francisco customers. The SFPUC manages over 160 miles (320 circuit miles) of high voltage transmission lines. The SFPUC transmission lines begin at power generation facilities at the Early Intake Switchyard in Tuolumne County and end at Newark Substation in Alameda County. Due to the unique complexities of the design and construction required for this Project, the City has determined that the Project requires specialized expertise and skills, which should be procured using an alternate project delivery method in comparison to the traditional design-bid-build. The City has selected a progressive design-build project delivery method in accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code section 6.61, subdivision (c). The Design-Builder will be obligated to collaborate with the SFPUC on defining and procuring multiple trade subcontracts for efficient and timely project delivery. Project Objectives The objective of the project is to perform clearance mitigations to spans of existing SFPUC owned and operated 115kV and 230kV overhead power transmission lines. SFPUC has identified a possible one-hundred and fifteen (115) moderate and low risk clearance detections and three (3) additional risk clearance sites. The existing subject circuits have been identified by the SFPUC as being non compliant with California General Order 95 (GO 95) and the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC). The Design-Builder will be required to perform mitigation measures for these identified spans to bring them into compliance with NESC and G095 standards and design criteria. Work may include site grading, increased conductor tensions, installation of floating dead-end suspension assemblies, tower structure raises, tower replacement, intermediate mid-span tower structures, or one or more combinations of the methods, or implementation of other solutions.

With this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), the South Tahoe Public Utility District (“District”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified consultants (“Consultants”) for certain corrosion protection support services. The services sought are typically outside the areas of expertise of the District’s Engineering Department, but generally needed for performing capital improvements and maintenance work associated with a water/wastewater utility. The District intends for this RFQ to remain open for SOQ submission until closed (five years after the date of issuance), and qualified Consultants may remain on a list of qualified Consultants for 5 years or until they request to be removed from the list or are removed by the District. The successful Consultants will perform all work under a Master Services Agreement (“Agreement” or MSA) when authorized by a scope-specific Task Order as further described herein. It is anticipated that the District will continue to issue Task Orders to complete work under this project for approximately ten (10) years.

The District intends for this RFQ to remain open for SOQ submission until closed (five years after the date of issuance), and qualified Consultants may remain on a list of qualified Consultants for 5 years (or until they request to be removed from the list or are removed by the District), at which time the listed firm will be asked to submit revisions or updates to the SOQ. The successful Consultants will perform all work under a Master Services Agreement (Agreement or MSA) when authorized by a scope-specific Task Order as further described herein. It is anticipated that the District will continue to issue Task Orders in response to this RFQ for approximately ten (10) years.

Continuous Solicitation. General Services Agency, Real Estate Division is seeking specialty-licensed contractors to perform fire protection, fire alarm or security systems inspection, maintenance and repair work (Special Services). The work is performed on an “if-and-as-needed” basis in accordance with the San Francisco Administrative Code Section 6.65 requirements. Three (3) years experience providing testing, certification, service and repairs of fire alarm systems as required by all applicable Fire and Building Codes and the Fire Protection Association. Performance should meet the NFPA 72 standard for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, current edition, and San Francisco Fire Code, current edition. The Office of the City Administrator, Real Estate Division, is seeking licensed C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Contractors to perform building maintenance and repair work. [Preferred for contractor’s to also have C‐4 and C‐38.] The work shall be performed on an “if-and-as-needed” basis. All maintenance and repair services work shall conform to the City’s subcontracting, insurance, bonds, indemnity and prevailing wage requirements for public work. C-20 Warm Air Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning Requirements The C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Contractors pool will be utilized to perform maintenance and repair of mechanical and control systems in City owned buildings. These contractors will be working with energy efficient equipment and control systems, and may provide proprietary equipment and controls to integrate with existing building equipment. Contractors are required to have manufacturer’s training and green building expertise to work with any existing building proprietary equipment and provide energy efficiency programming for the building management control systems. The projects include a significant amount of specialized, energy efficiency HVAC work, as well as, specially manufactured, proprietary equipment.

Project Description: MCRWMA is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design, permit, construct, finance, operate, and maintain a landfill gas utilization facility at the Highway 59 Landfill.

Project consists of installation of non-penetrating roof mount with structural support poles for three antennas. All conduit from equipment room to each antenna location on the roof. This will also include roof penetration repairs to the roof. Cable trays, grounding and bonding as per TIA-607 specifications. All electrical and HVAC required per plans. Electrical and HVAC will require General Contractor to provide stamped engineering plans.

The County of Marin is seeking the services of a qualified design firm to perform an accessibility design and provide construction documents, and construction design support for the Marin County Juvenile Hall Accessibility Update project. The objective of the Juvenile Hall Accessibility Update project is to address accessibility compliance deficiencies in the Juvenile Hall facility. All building and exterior spaces utilized by residents, staff and visitors will be included in the scope of the project. Specific building elements to be address include but are not limited to, paths of travel, restrooms and showers, drinking fountains, raised platforms/stages, doors and door hardware, fixed furniture and counters, communications/lighting controls, and building signage. Identifying project scope, facilitating design, and implementing construction are all necessary components. Close collaboration with the Probation Department staff is critical throughout the process

The City requires civil engineering services (Services) for its Project. The Project involves replacing approximately 3,390 linear feet of existing 18-inch and 24inch Spirolite sanitary sewer main along Balfour Road between Fairview Avenue and Sweetgrass Drive

On December 2, 2021, the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Water Board) adopted Amendment Order No. R1-2021-0041. The Amendment Order modified the Water Quality Trading Framework (WQTF) that was adopted within National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Waste Discharge Requirement Order No. R1-2020-2012, issued to the City of Santa Rosa. The permit also contains a Final Water Quality-Based Effluent Limitation for phosphorus which states that there shall be no net loading of total phosphorus to the water bodies of the greater Laguna de Santa Rosa watershed. Compliance with the total phosphorus effluent limitation is achieved via the WQTF. The City currently has four projects under the WQTF, a description of each project is as follows: Beretta Dairy Installed three agricultural Best Management Practices (BMPs) at the Beretta Dairy in Santa Rosa to reduce potential nonpoint source discharges of nutrients from pasture areas at the Beretta Dairy to Roseland Creek Colgan Creek Reaches 1 and 2 Excavation of legacy sediment and organic matter from a ~9,800 ft stretch of Colgan Creek. Laguna Reaches 1 and 2 Excavation of legacy sediment and organic matter from a ~4,200 ft stretch of the mainstem Laguna de Santa Rosa, modifying hydraulic conditions to reduce Ludwigia growth. Pepperwood Preserve Treatment of 34 eroding or potentially eroding stream crossing sites and 2.3 miles of gravel roads by implementing best management practices at the Pepperwood Preserve. All four of the projects listed above are required to have ongoing project verification annually. This verification process is to review and confirm that the credit-generating project continues to be maintained in conformance with its approved project plan. Verification reports are submitted annually with the Discharge Season Annual Report (due July 1st of each year). In order to maintain compliance with the total phosphorus effluent limit the City needs to identify and implement new credit generating projects which can be implemented under the WQTF.

Reconstruct approximately .27 miles of W. Lerdo Hwy. in Shafter, CA. The project includes roadway reconstruction, which involves grinding and removing the existing asphalt, subgarde preparation and placement of new asphalt. Additionally, existing driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters are to be reconstructed to meet current ADA and City standards where applicable

Mendocino County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is seeking the services of a Professional Engineering Design firm to provide civil engineering and environmental clearance (both CEQA and NEPA) for a federally funded Active Transportation Program (ATP) Safe Routes to School (SR2S) project. This project aims to increase pedestrian and bicyclist safety, calm traffic, improve accessibility of school routes through the installation of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, crosswalks, bike lanes, and of other infrastructure methods along Howard Street, CR 334D, Airport Road, CR 337B, and Foothill Boulevard, CR 337A, in the town of Covelo, CA
