The project improvements consist of pavement grinding and removal, asphalt overlay, associated concrete improvements including curb and gutter, sidewalks and access ramps, adjustment of surface utilities to final pavement grade, traffic signal modifications, pavement markings/markers, striping, and signing.

The project includes repaving portions of the existing access road and extending the main access road as well as constructing a new wet weather turnaround.

Project Description: The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the job in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents as set forth by the City Engineer.

The project includes construction of structural and non-structural improvements of the City Council Chambers building including improvements to the public accessible restrooms located on the ground level of the City Hall building. The project proposes construction of major modifications and renovations to the chambers interior design and dcor. Proposed improvements include a prominent redesigned entry way to the building consisting of an enclosed vestibule area with glass panels, public informational kiosk, and display monitors. Specific to the Council Chambers, the project will include modernization of the buildings aesthetics with an expanded tall ceiling, and decorative wall panels. Additionally, the project will complete an overhaul of the audio and video system including advance security system. Other enhancements include LED lighting upgrades, repainting, new carpet flooring, renovation of the City Council dais, and upgrades to the public seating area including ADA compliant ramps and walk paths, new seating furniture and display monitors. Also, the project includes improvements to the chambers restrooms, exterior restrooms, and upgrades to the existing HVAC system including the replacement of filter media on the roof cooling tower. This project is federally-funded and the contractor shall strictly adhere to all applicable federal procurement and contracting requirements for public projects.

Description: The AWOS Replacement Project located at Calaveras Airport, Maury-Rasmussen Field includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select qualified artists, painters, and/or design firms to provide professional services for the Beautification of three BNSF/UPRR Bridges in the City of Commerce. The project is structured as three (3) independent phases. Phase 1-Bridge Painting, Phase 2-Artwork Concept Development, Phase 3-Artwork Installation.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the City. The City is soliciting written proposals from entities for qualified contractors for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services for various City of Poway facilities.

The Project is located at 490 East Park Road, Arcata, CA, 95521, and is described as follows: Refurbish the basketball court at Redwood Park. The Project must be fully completed within thirty (30) working days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The work consists of the installation of a complete and fully operational traffic signal system at the intersection of Centennial Way and Eastbound (EB) / Westbound (WB) Huntington Drive in strict accordance with the approved project plans and specifications. The City will furnish the traffic signal poles, mast arms, luminaire arms, traffic signal ATC cabinets, controllers, EtherWan switches, battery backup systems, CCTV cameras, and video detection cameras, which shall be picked up, transported, and installed by the contractor. Pick-up locations of these items will be provided by the City prior to the start of construction. The contractor shall furnish and install all remaining materials and infrastructure required for a complete new traffic signal installation per the approved plans. Contractor-furnished items include, but are not limited to: concrete foundations, conduits, pull boxes, power pedestals, fiber optic cable, fiber termination panels, CAT6E cable, DLCs, loop detection systems, vehicle and pedestrian signal heads, APS, pedestrian push buttons, and all other miscellaneous hardware, conductors, and traffic signal related equipment.

The Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, Removing and constructing concrete hardscape, removing and constructing curb ramp, removing and construction of new asphalt concrete pavement, adjustment of valve boxes, water pollution control, and all related work.

The work to be done consists of but is not limited to furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required in the Plans, Specifications and Contract documents for said project to abandon the existing water main and install 865 of 8 water main on Santa Clara St from 500 east of Mountain View St to Ventura St. Installing the water main will include installing new laterals, valve and valve boxes, thrust blocks, elbows, tees, thrust blocks, reducers, fire hydrants, and all other appurtenances. Within the same limits, the project will include cold mill, pavement overlay, ADA improvements, and signing and striping. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.

The City of Menlo Park invites qualified contractors to submit electronic bid proposals for the Belle Haven Child Development Center Electrification Project CPB025 Contract Documents. The project is located at the Belle Haven Child Development Center located at 410 Ivy Dr., Menlo Park, California. The scope of work generally includes replacement of five gas HVAC systems with new heat exchange HVAC equipment. The improvements also include adding economizers and building system controls, LED lighting upgrades, replacement of a dishwasher, and replacement of existing gas and electric ranges to electric induction ranges. The scope of work consists of the complete design-build delivery of the Fire Training Center Modular Building Replacement Project.
