236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The project scope of work consists of construction of a multi-company square foot Fire Station with structural apparatus bays and Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) apparatus bays. This facility will include the following areas: apparatus bays; residential areas; administration areas; training areas; consolidated emergency dispatch area; emergency medical services area; fire reserve area; information systems; fire protection and alarm systems; Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) Systems; standby generator; and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage, and agent storage facility. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained systems.

The Work comprises approx. 900sf of TI scope to convert an existing classroom space into a school based health clinic. scope includes demolition of existing ceilings, MEP, and a new opening will be cut into an existing tilt-up concrete wall that will provide new access to this space. Some minor slab demo will be conducted to allow new underground plumbing to be connected to the existing plumbing system. New HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and life safety systems will be added/modified from their current state to meet current codes. Kitsap Transit is seeking to contract with a qualified contractor to complete as needed marine welding repair and emergency service under a unit price contract. Contractor shall meet the requirements of section IX of the ASME code and have USCG endorsement for welding of aluminum vessel structure. Contractor shall provide proof of these certifications to Kitsap Transit during the bid process. Contractor shall be able to weld materials such as, but not limited to, stainless steel, aluminum, copper nickel, and carbon steel. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment. Kitsap Transit marine facilities are equipped with 50amps and 100amps, depending on the facility. DBE goal for Federal fiscal year 2026 is 1.98%.

1. Remove and legally dispose of existing overhead doors and associated components, including tracks, springs, and hardware. 2. Provide and install new commercial-grade insulated steel sectional overhead doors at the Metal Shop and Wood Shop locations. 3. Operators shall meet the following minimum performance requirements: Wall-mounted jackshaft configuration Operator shall be sized by the manufacturer for the specific door weight, size, and duty cycle, with a minimum 3/4 HP motor UL 325 compliant, including monitored entrapment protection devices Adjustable limits, full safety/reversing features, and standard commercial controls (push-button station and required safety devices) Complete with all components, accessories, and appurtenances required for a fully functional system c. The Bidder shall identify the proposed manufacturer and model proposed. d. Equipment not meeting these requirements or not manufactured by one of the listed manufacturers may be rejected by the Owner. 6. Coordinate installation with existing finish openings: a. Metal Shop Door: 11' 11" W x 11' 1/2" H b. Wood Shop Door: 9' 9 3/4" W x 7' 11" H c. Contractor shall verify measurements before ordering materials. 7. New doors to be factory white finish. 8. Electrical power to the door operator location will be provided by others. Final electrical connections, controls, and low-voltage wiring associated with the door operator shall be by the Overhead Door Contractor. 9. Contractor shall maintain building security and weather protection at all times. Doors shall not be removed unless replacement occurs the same day or temporary protection acceptable to the Owner is provided.

The Work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the remodel and alteration of approximately 270 square feet of existing facility space adjacent to the Kirkland Justice Center jail booking area, as described in the Project Manual. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; electrical and low-voltage systems; plumbing; concrete work; and associated interior alterations. The Work will be performed within an active, continuously operating jail facility. The Contractor shall coordinate all activities with the Owner and facility staff and shall conduct the Work in a manner that maintains security, safety, and uninterrupted facility operations at all times.

This project involves planing and overlaying the existing roadway from W. 1st Avenue to the end of the road on Zillah West Drive; 0.17 grind and overlay with an overlay going from 0.17' to 0.33' at the center to restore the crown and eliminate existing drainage issues. Approximate quantities for the work include 4,200 SY of planing, 700 tons of HMA, and surface adjustment of several utilities.

The North End Treatment Plant Outfall Vault Lid Replacement project consist of upgrading an existing concrete lid, vault air valve, enclosure, vinyl dipped fence and stop logs prior to the installation of the current vault upgrades. A new, thicker concrete lid, and standpipe designed to withstand higher hydrostatic pressure than the current design, will be cast in place on top of the vault structure.
