The objective of this RFP is to establish a service contract for the Department of Ecology. The department is seeking a vendor to implement measures to improve indoor air quality for potentially impacted residences along the truck routes of the Bridge Point warehouse project area in Tacoma, Washington. Ecology is offering partial weatherization of homes, single-zone heat pumps, and air cleaners as part of this voluntary Bridge Point Air Quality Improvements program. This contract is for one year of work with four (4) one-year extension options.

JOC is a competitively bid, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract with a general contractor intended to complete various public works projects throughout the City. The Work will be set forth in the Detailed Scope of Work for individual Job Orders. The Contractor is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time. The Contractor will be required to perform Work at any site or facility under the jurisdiction of the City.

This project consists of rehabilitating the City's Butternut Well, including removing and inspecting the existing well pump, performing initial video inspection, performing an initial step-rate test, cleaning the well physically and chemically, performing final video inspection, performing final step-rate test, and installation of new well pump.

Work to be performed includes: Provide modified foundation Remove and replace reservoir appurtenances (manway, overflow pipe, sample lines, guardrails, vent Reservoir coatings Seal welding Install sixty-three 3-inch-diameter anchors to meet uplift requirements Install shell stiffeners Replace connections on the existing access platforms to secure grating to supports Provide mechanical piping improvements Provide overflow pond and piping Provide electrical and mechanical upgrades

The Project consists of the construction of an approximate 13,000 s.f. addition and partial modernization of the existing school. The work includes civil, landscaping, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical systems and all necessary and required work to complete the project.

Construction of approximately 9,000 linear feet of transmission water mains, pressure reducing valve and vault, valve vaults, surface restoration and related work in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications.

This project involves three (3) schedules (A Sewer, B 88th Avenue West Storm, and C Daley Pl Storm) in the construction of the City of Edmonds 2026 Combined Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation Project. This Project consists of: Schedule A Phase 13 Sewer: Installation of approximately 258 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch diameter cured-in-place (CIPP) structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) pipe inspection. Schedule B Phase 6 Storm (88th Avenue West): Installation of approximately 690 linear LF of 8-inch diameter CIPP structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction CCTV pipe inspection. Schedule C Phase 6 Storm (Daley Pl): Installation of approximately 15 LF of 8-inch diameter, 480 LF of 12-inch diameter, 520 LF of 15-inch diameter, and 150 LF of 18-inch diameter CIPP structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction CCTV pipe inspection. This site will also include 20 LF of 12-inch diameter PVC and general restoration.

Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: - Asphalt Grind and Overlay - Remove Structures and Obstructions - Construct Cement Concrete Curb and Gutter - Construct Cement Concrete Sidewalk - Construct Cement Concrete ADA Curb Ramps - Construct Cement Concrete Driveway Approach and Asphalt Driveways - Construct Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons - Install Street Lighting - Install Roadway Channelization - Storm Drainage Improvements - Property Restoration and Miscellaneous Work

This Contract provides for two schedules of work. Schedule A includes asphalt resurfacing of three roadway segments: (1) 2nd Avenue North from Algona Boulevard east approximately 725 linear feet to Seattle Boulevard; (2) Seattle Boulevard from 2nd Avenue North south approximately 425 linear feet to 1st Avenue North; and (3) 3rd Avenue North from Algona Boulevard east approximately 800 linear feet to Main Street. Schedule B includes removing and replacing approximately 570 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer line on 3rd Avenue North and Seattle Boulevard. Improvements also include, but are not specifically limited to, temporary pumping of sanitary sewer, trench patching, removal and reconstruction of limited pavement areas, pavement planing, pavement markings, traffic control, and other miscellaneous items as further shown, described, and indicated in the Contract Documents, and other work.

This Project provides for the City-wide pavement preservation of approximately 2 miles of various roadways throughout the City. Improvements include, but are not specifically limited to, grading, subgrade repair, crushed surfacing materials, bituminous surface treatments, miscellaneous surface restoration, traffic control and all other work.

This Contract provides for the Citywide pavement preservation, including, but not limited to, surface preparation, application of emulsified asphalt and aggregate for chip seal, pavement markings, and all other work.

Project will include installation of a new well pump and construction of a new CMU well control building with dedicated spaces for chlorine injection and pH adjustment, air stripping treatment equipment with blower, booster pump, and associated electrical and HVAC work. Additional work includes construction of a 455-foot transmission main with fittings, connection to the existing water system, and sitework including fencing, gates, and drainage connection to the existing sewer system.

The project generally consists of rehabilitation of two existing lift stations including: receiving and installing Owner Furnished Pump System (OFCI), demolition of existing facilities, rehabilitation of existing concrete wet wells, electrical and controls, piping and valving, connection to existing force main, site improvements and surface restoration, water service, and associated work.

Contractor to operate and maintain the Projects infrastructure to meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements and provide preventive maintenance to ensure the Project remains in sound operating condition on a cost-effective and cooperative basis. The Proposer ultimately selected pursuant to this RFP will be a full-service operations and maintenance contractor required to provide all Contract Services, including all required staffing.

Progressive Design-Build Services for the PGST Administration Campus Redevelopment Project, located on the Port Gamble SKlallam Tribe Reservation in Kingston, Washington. The project includes the comprehensive redevelopment of the PGST Administration Campus, guided by the 2025 Administrative Campus Master Plan.

To restore fish passage and build in-stream large wood structures along approximately 0.5-mile of the Grays River on Rayonier property in Pacific County, Washington. The Tribe will restore natural processes by addressing three documented fish passage barriers and restore fish access to over 5 miles of productive fish habitat within the Grays River - Reach 4C. The Tribe will place engineered log structures in the project reach to attenuate gravel transport, create pools, and provide complex rearing and spawning habitat to benefit populations of Grays River winter steelhead and coho salmon.

Construction consists of the contractor providing and installing a Varco Pruden Thermalblock roof overlay system on Hangar 5, Hangar 6, and the Airport Maintenance Shop. Hangars 5 and 6 are considered the base bid and the Airport Maintenance Shop building is an add-option alternate if the Ports budget allows for it to be included in the bid award. The Port reserves the right to award the base bid and no alternate, or the base bid plus alternate based on funding availability.
