The project is located at 18821 Crown Ridge Blvd., Arlington, WA 98233. The work includes but is not limited to the following scope: Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing, including sheathing and rigid insulation. Replacement of single-ply membrane roofing. Demolition and replacement of gutters. Modifications to existing downspouts and the addition of one new downspout, including connection to existing tight line below grade and related concrete cutting and patching. Miscellaneous flashing and sheet metal work. Painting of roof hatches and miscellaneous rooftop equipment. The existing high school will remain partially occupied by staff throughout the construction period. Coordination with the Owners schedule will be required including but not limited to start and end of school.

Work to be performed shall include: Construction of a new crosswalk across the north leg of the Redmond Way and NE 70th Street intersection, including but not limited to reconstruction of sidewalks, curb ramps, and pavements; paving a new traffic island in the intersection; modifications to a traffic signal system; illumination system, including poles, foundations, conduits, junction boxes, and wiring; and traffic control and detour routing and other work necessary to complete the project.

The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, providing hauling, spreading, jointing and compacting hot mix asphalt (HMA) and asphaltic concrete pavement ot the lines and levels indicated on adjacent existing surfaces, or as directed by the Engineer. Additional work shall include providing, hauling, distributing and placing tack materials in order to place an asphalt concrete pavement. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and apparatus specifically not mentioned or noted on the plans, but are incidental and necessary to perform the work as required.

Work includes construction of pedestrian and bicycle improvements, including but not limited to construction of various curb ramps and cement concrete sidewalk, installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacon systems, roadway paving, channelization and signage restoration, and other work necessary to complete the project.

This contract work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for demolition and removal of existing concrete pits and slabs associated with the current vehicle lift installations within the Vehicle Maintenance Building, and the construction of two (2) new equipment pits to accommodate new lift installations. The work also includes the excavation, removal, handling, and off-site disposal of petroleum-contaminated soils encountered during excavation, as required. Disposal shall be at the Districts designated disposal vendor located in Seattle. Clean backfill shall be provided and placed on an as-needed basis following removal of contaminated materials.

This Contract provides for the furnishing, installation, and commissioning of a complete emergency power system for the City of West Richland Municipal Services Facility. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of a 480/277V, 3-phase generator and bypass isolation automatic transfer switch (ATS), concrete support pads, associated piping and fittings, electrical wiring and components, and integration with existing building electrical and information technology rooms. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, testing, commissioning, and incidentals necessary to deliver a complete and operational system.

The Quinault Indian Nation seeks proposals from qualified design teams to provide architecture and engineering design services for a longhouse-inspired cultural center (roughly 12,000 square feet) in Taholah, WA, to include complete site development plans, civil planning of undeveloped lands, full architectural and engineering, and complete engineer's estimates and construction documents. All work must be completed by June of 2027. The current community center, used for many cultural events, is located in the lower village area of Taholah, and is susceptible to flooding from the Quinault River and Pacific Ocean. A new longhouse-inspired cultural center is part of QINs larger effort to relocate the community to higher ground, outside the flooding and tsunami-inundation zone.

The City is soliciting bids for approximately 202,000 square feet of road oiling and dust control. The product specified for this project is emulsified asphalt. Bids must include product information and specifications, the price per square foot, and any applicable taxes. The project will include CCTV inspection of portions of the Districts gravity sewer system that fall within the City of Mukilteo and unincorporated Snohomish County jurisdictional boundaries. Project consists of all work to be performed as indicated in the Project Manual, Drawings, and any posted Addenda. The Project includes a new two-story Fire Station of approximately 12,465 sq. ft. and associated site and offsite work located at 18717 North Road, Bothell, WA 98012. The station will be a steel-framed structure with two (2) full apparatus bays, public spaces, support spaces, offices, crew workspaces, crew living spaces, and six (6) sleeping rooms. The site is approximately 2.25 acres. Site and offsite work includes site structures, storm water systems, utilities, landscaping, paving, frontage improvements, and additional work as identified in the Contract Documents. Substantial Completion shall be achieved within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the Owners Notice to Proceed and Final Completion shall be achieved within forty-five days (045) after Substantial Completion. The Project will have one phase.

Electrical power (208/120 volts, three phase, 40-amp capacity): The County will provide shore power cord. Contractor shall provide plug or hardware to service. Fire main: A continuous and uninterrupted supply of water to fire manifold on deck, delivered at a minimum of 100 PSI. Manifold shall be 2 with two (2) 1 fire hoses with nozzles that will reach any part of the vessel. Gangway: One (1) gangway meeting OSHA requirements. Garbage disposal: Daily removal of garbage and refuse generated by the vessels crew, in addition to any refuse service required by the Contractors operation. A dumpster shall be provided by the Contractor near the access ladder/gangway as soon as possible after docking. The dumpster shall be emptied weekly with additional removals as necessary. For bidding purposes, assume that two (2) 2-yard dumpsters are to be provided.

Construct approximately 27+00 stations of new forest logging roads and associated landings. Perform weekly night sweeping of zone 1, 2, and 3 under a weekly rotation with a vacuum sweeper. The Contractor will sweep Zone 1 in week one, zone 2 in week 2, zone 3 in week three, and then back to zone 1 to start the process over. This equates to a total of seventeen (17) times each year. No zone sweeping will occur the last week of December. Sweeping will be completed from curb to centerline or asphalt edge to centerline in each direction of travel. Curbing of the center medians and islands are included in all sweeping City Wide.
