Work under this contract entails the replacement of wood pole assets that are at the end of serviceable life. These poles are rated as P1 and P2 meaning they have a potential of imminent failure. Associated primary conductors and pole equipment such as transformers, switches, services and other appurtenances will be transferred or replaced as part of the replacement work. The Contract duration is for a period of 1 year, starting from the date of Notice to Proceed for the first Work Package issued, or until the date that the total payment requested meets the Not to Exceed award amount, whichever is earlier. Contract time may be extended one additional year upon mutual agreement.

The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development Division (CD) is initiating planning for a new approximately 50,000 square foot Seattle Animal Shelter (SAS) on City-owned property. The new facility will replace the existing Interbay shelter, which no longer meets operational, capacity, or community needs. The project will create a modern, purpose-built facility that reflects best practices in animal welfare, expands veterinary and community services, and provides a safe, welcoming environment for animals, staff, volunteers, and the public. In addition, site planning will also account for potential co-location of the Seattle Police Departments Canine (K9) Unit, which will require physically separated indoor and outdoor spaces. Through this RFQ, the City seeks an experienced architectural consultant team to lead programming and predesign, refine space requirements, assess site and operational considerations, and support public engagement to establish a strong foundation for future design.

The purpose of the bid is to obtain a Contractor to trim trees in the City of Ellensburg. The tree trimming will provide clearance around utility electrical distribution lines. The Contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to complete the contract. The amount of the contract shall be the actual hours worked at the rate stated in the proposal.

The Project consists of the installation of an 8 Reduced Pressure Backflow Assembly (RPBA) and enclosure, a 10 RPBA and Enclosure, and electrical service improvements at Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington. Additive alternates include: Add. Alt. #1: New electrical feeders from switchboard in Building to outdoor panel. Add. Alt. #2: Replacement of the City owned 10 Water meter and vault, including removal of the existing water meter and vault. Scope of work is indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes: Food Services Loading Dock: Remove and replace the existing loading dock leveler with new mechanical pit style dock leveler, replace bumpers along the face of the dock, and replace the safety railing, hand railing on loading concrete stairs, and replace handrailing adjacent to the loading docks. Additionally this work involves removing and replacing a portion cracked/failing concrete slab on the loading dock, remove existing CMU bulkhead wall and replacing with cast in place concrete wall, remove existing concrete apron approach to the loading dock, remove and replace existing trench drain near the approach of the loading docks, repair existing damaged concrete dividing wall between the two loading docks, bend existing railing fixed on top of the dividing wall and repaint to match existing railing, apply chemical resistant coating over the loading dock concrete slab used by staff, remove and dispose of Lead Based paint identified on the existing dock levelers in accordance with all local/state/federal requirements. Laundry Services Loading Dock: Remove and replace two (2) existing loading dock levelers with new in-kind dock levelers, replace dock leveler bumpers, remove and replace a portion of cracked/failing concrete slab on the loading dock, remove and replace a portion of the concrete bulkhead wall, repair damaged concrete column, remove and replace existing asphalt/concrete approach that is failing and replace with new concrete slab, repaint the face of the bulkhead wall, apply chemical resistant coating over the loading dock concrete slab used by staff. The project consists of erosion control, pavement removal, demolition, preparation for paving, grading, asphalt pavement and restoration, storm drain reconnections, catch basin replacements, and coordination with Skagit Parks. The construction window for this project is October 5, 2026, through October 28, 2026. All work must be substantially complete by October 28, 2026.

Invitationto bid on the installation of a restroom at Erickson Playfield in Port Angeles, WA. Work includes utilities installation, foundation slab installation, concrete sidewalks placement, and unload, move, and install of one Portland Loo restroom purchased by the City.

Work to be performed includes: the removal of the existing motor control center; partial demolition of the existing intake; installation of a new District-provided motor control center; installation of a Contractor-provided service panel board and disconnect switch; installation of new instrumentation and power raceways and conductors; and additional site, structural, and mechanical improvements to support the installation of the electrical upgrades.

The Work required for this Project includes: Sawcutting, milling, paving and joint sealing.

The west side of Road 44 between W Argent Pl and the Road 44/Madison Ave roundabout is missing about 100 feet of sidewalk over the Franklin County Irrigation Districts (FCID) canal. The missing link currently forces pedestrian traffic into the narrow roadway to cross the irrigation canal. Road 44 is a collector street with residential neighborhoods to the north and a newly built convenience store and gas station to the south. Road 44 also serves Ben Franklin Transit (BFT) route 225, with the nearest stop at the corner of Argent Road and Road 44.

Milling and replacement of failed asphalt sections throughout the container yard. Milling will be completed by mechanical mills to a depth of 4-1/2" with replacement pavement placed in two lifts and finished to match adjacent paved areas. A second potential component of the work includes the placement of concrete collars around utility basin lids. This effort will include sawcutting and removal of the existing asphalt pavement, placement of rebar and concrete in accordance with the specifications. The majority of terminal basin lids have collars.

This project is located approximately 11 Miles S of Port Angeles, WA. The primary objective of the proposed project is to construct a rockfall mitigation system.

Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required to construct two water main extensions listed as Schedule A Potable Water Main: approximately 575 linear feet of 12-inch diameter water main and other appurtenances within a Public road; and Schedule B Recycled Water Main: approximately 580 linear feet of 12-inch diameter water main and other appurtenances within a Public road.

Provide HVAC system upgrades to the existing Emergency Operations Center (EOC) data center at the Pierce County Department of Emergency Management Facility.The Project will include the removal and replacement of the two roof mounted HVAC units, new condensing units, new duct heaters, new ductwork, and the installation of a Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) system within the existing data center room.

Prequalification required. The intent of this Specification is to describe labor and materials necessary to completely expand the substation yard, construct the foundations, conduits, new A-frame, bussing and fencing for the Lone Pine Substation Expansion project.

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR) Anadromous Fisheries Division are seeking proposals from a riverine and riparian habitat restoration firm able to provide conceptual designs, structural engineering and hydrologic concept services, and other common data analysis associated with restoration project design per the request of CTCR Anadromous Fisheries Division staff. The awarded contractor will be asked to provide services in an on call and as needed basis. Proposals should demonstrate the experience designing and implementing river restoration projects, hydrologic modeling, and related experience, etc. The recipient must be able demonstrate an acute knowledge of the Upper Columbia river watershed, salmon populations, and habitat limiting factors of the basin and its four major tributaries. TERO applies. The Tribes anticipates the service period for this work to be indeterminate but no less than for three years, and on an as-needed period.

Sunrise Boulevard shoulder widening of 2 feet in each direction from SR-532 to Russell Road. This project will provide an important safety component for all road users of Sunrise Boulevard. The project includes removing trees within the clear zone, and installing water quality BMPs.
