Major items of work include, without limitation, all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the [installation of eight (8) Level 2 EV charging ports at Village at the Harbor Assisted Living, 543 Spring Street, Friday Harbor, WA 98250, including all associated electrical work, equipment, conduit, signage, and site improvements in accordance with EVCP grant requirements].

The Quinault Indian Nation seeks proposals from qualified design teams to provide acrchitecture and engineering design services for a new wastewater treatment plant replacing the existing facilities in Queets, WA, to include complete site development plans, civil planning of undeveloped lands, full architectural and engineering, and complete engineer's estimates and construction documents. Work on the Project is estimated to begin in 2026 and to be completed by 2027. TERO applies.

Constructing a new 23,500 gallon concrete water storage reservoir with approximately 1,800 linear feet of waterline along 163rd Ave NW and 15th St NW in Lakebay, WA of Pierce County by clearing and grubbing, erosion control, earthwork, storm drainage, C900 PVC water mains, fittings, and appurtenances, reinforced cast in place concrete reservoir with appurtenances, pump house, iron and manganese treatment system, power service, and site electrical, crushed rock surfacing, road restored to original condition, soil preparations and plantings, traffic control, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents.

This project will remove eight (8) existing fish barriers from separate site locations along SR 16 between MP 14.63 to MP 16.59 and SR 302 at MP 16.15. The existing fish barriers will be replaced with new structures and reconstructed stream channels to provide unimpeded passage for fish of all life stages. Work will include, but is not limited to, fish exclusion and temporary stream bypass systems, maintenance of traffic utilizing temporary traffic bypasses, removal of the existing fish barriers, earthwork above and below ordinary high water, structure and wall construction, roadway reconstruction, guardrail removal and installation, channel reconstruction, streambed restoration, roadside restoration, erosion control, water management and traffic control.

Scope includes replacement of the networked fire alarm system with a new networked fire alarm system at the Mcneil Island Special Commitment Center, a Washington State Department of Social and Health services facility. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.

The Work includes but is not limited to the following: Contractor to perform replacement, repair and maintenance work on medium voltage systems including medium voltage switch gear, protection relays, fused disconnect switches, busing, metering, service heating systems, and underground infrastructure. This work will require minimum five years of experience and certification for cable splicing and work within the medium voltage substations. The Contractor shall be qualified and possess a minimum of five years of experience in pulling and replacement of medium voltage feeder cable systems. The Contractor shall be qualified to perform other related electrical work as assigned.

Contractor shall provide qualified, trained, and experienced personnel to perform the HCU refurbishment. Disassembly, inspection, and functional testing of HCUs, Accumulator replacements, Directional control valve replacement, Actuator soft parts replacements, Solenoid valve replacements, Valve refurbishment, Six HCUs shall require accumulator replacements, Cleaning, refurbishment, and replacement of worn components, Reassembly and documentation in accordance with station procedures and applicable codes and, Perform all post maintenance testing. This may include, but not be limited to operation of all equipment necessary to perform post maintenance testing. Technical Representative or designee with a detailed project schedule no less than 90 days prior to Work starting.

Requires constructing a multi-lane roundabout, constructing spot intersection safety improvements, clearing and grubbing, grading, removals, planing bituminous pavement and hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, cement conc. pavement, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water line, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, traffic islands, temporary and permanent signal and illumination systems, other electrical work, pavement marking, rumble strips, temporary erosion and sediment control, permanent biofiltration swales and vegetated filter strips, traffic control, landscaping, roadside restoration, and other work. Involves 181 items and 183 working days. Work class 1, clearing, grubbing, grading and draining, and work class 4, asphalt concrete paving. A state funded contract with a 5% condition of award public works small business enterprise goal and a 3% condition of award veteran owned business goal.

Work consists of, but is not limited to: a. Removal of existing windows, sliding patio doors, and trim. b. Trim or add material to ensure that windows meet wraps and sills. c. Supply and installation of vinyl windows and vinyl sliding patio doors, self-adhesive tape, sealant, trim and metal flashing. d. Paint trim boards to match existing. e. Repair, paint and patch interior window wraps and sills. f. Contractor fully responsible for verifying locations, sizes, operational orientation and quantities of all windows and sliding glass doors. KCHA is not responsible for any take-off sizes or orientations. g. Participation in PSE incentive program. Requires documentation of existing metal framed window rough opening sizes and completed some paperwork.

The Contract work consists of the following repairs to the Super Class ferry M.V. Kaleetan: USCG U/W hull and internal inspections, anode inspection, gauge vessel steel, anode renewals, 100% topside washdown, prepare and paint topside, elevator preservation, vehicle deck steel renewal, curbing repairs and shaft seal replacement. The vessel has a length: 382'-2", beam: 73'-2", draft: 18'-6", displacement: 3634 LT, and carries 144 vehicles and 1,800 passengers. All of the work must be performed within Puget Sound, Washington during the period of September 30, 2026 November 13, 2026. This is a state funded project with Condition of Award goals in the amount of five percent (5%) Public Works Small Business Enterprise (PWSBE) and two percent (2%) Veteran Owned Business (VOB) of the Contract bid amount.

The project is to expand the existing outpatient clinic into the adjacent unoccupied spaces located in this single story building, which was built in 2006. This tenant improvement project consists of interior demolition and build-out of the unoccupied spaces (approximately 3,780 sf) with minor modifications of the occupied clinic. Project includes architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and low voltage work. The work will be conducted in multiple phases in order to allow the existing clinic to maintain business operations during construction and occupy interim phases as they are completed and approved by the City of Kent building department. Work also includes replacing existing rooftop mechanical units.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238330 - Flooring Contractors. The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision and incidentals for the removal and replacement of carpet tile for the Facilities Design & Construction Center (FD&CC) Seattle offices on the 26th Floor of the Jackson Federal Building, to include the removal and replacement of the rubber wall base.

Geiger Blvd, Spokane WA, 99224, operates a 24-hour/365 day per year environment and works under aggressive deadlines and schedules that require suppliers to provide high service levels. The COS WTEF utilizes two Babcock and Wilcox refuse fired boiler units each operating at 850 psig 825 F producing up to 114000 lbs/hr of steam per hour. The flue gas flows up from the furnace and thru a 33 pendant wide 20 tube deep super heater before entering a long flow generating bank. From the generator the flue gas flows thru a two unit Kentube horizontal tube economizer. Upon exiting the economizer the gas then flows down thru a seven story high spray dyer absorber before entering the fabric filter bag houses. Each of the two boiler units has its own dedicated fabric filter bag house. Each bag house is comprised of six modules equipped with a total of 1,710 fabric filter bags. Boiler Unit 1s dedicated fabric filter bag house had a complete bag change out in May 2021, requiring 1710 fabric filter bags to be changed out. Boiler Unit 2s dedicated fabric filter bag house had a complete bag change out in May 2022, requiring 1710 fabric filter bags to be changed out. Each fabric filter bag house is changed out approximately every 4 to 5 years. Contractor will do all work, furnish all labor, materials, tools, construction equipment, transportation (mob/demob), supplies (to include Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)), supervision, permits, organization and other items of work and cost necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work described for Fabric Filter Bag Change Out Services for the COS WTEF. There are six modules per unit with a total of 1,710 bag assemblies per unit. COS WTEF to provide new fabric filter bags.

Contractors qualified to provide Scheduled and Unscheduled Plant Mechanical Repairs Services as-needed for the COS WTEF. Due to the high technical nature of the project and criticality of components fixed properly and on time to avoid down time, any Contractor, who responds to this ITB, must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar Waste To Energy Facilities and can verify that experience on Von Roll grate systems, Ash Expellers, Ash Drag Chain Conveyors, Spray Dryer Absorbers, Wheelabrator Fabric Filter Systems, and Overhead Crane Repair.

Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Good faith asbestos inspection(s) testing to comply with RCW 49.26.013 as required to achieve scope of work. 2. Removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials and 234 sheets of plywood deck sheathing as well as 320LF of fascia board. Provide and install new CDX plywood deck sheathing and roofing materials according to manufacturers recommended installation specifications. 3. Inspect all exposed roof framing for any rot or damaged materials and repair as needed. 4. Block and seal any existing gable vents from attic interior. 5. Provide and install all new approved roofing system components: a. Install approved Ice and Water shield roof underlayment to all critical areas and valleys. b. Install approved synthetic roof underlayment. c. Install approved composition roofing system. 6. Install Gibraltar Building Products PRV50BL Plastic Roof Vent or approved equal with minimum 50 sq.in Net Free Area ventilation. Total free area of ventilation must meet code requirements for attic ventilation. 7. Install Cor-A-Vent IN-Vent Attic Roof Vent or approved equal. Block eave vents after installation. 8. Install all metal 24-gauge flashing components according to manufacturers recommendations including roof penetration flashing, roof to wall flashing, eave and rake flashings and W-Valley flashing. 9. Install permanent fall arrest/restraint roof anchors and all other accessory items to complete the installation and maintenance of the roof in a safe and secure manner. 10. Install new fascia boards where there is any decay or rot that would prevent the exterior paint to be applied and warranted. Include painting of all fascia prior to installation of new gutters. (See Section 1.5 UNIT COSTS for details.) 11. Install new 5 K-style aluminum gutters and 2x3 aluminum downspouts to match existing locations. 12. Removal, disposal and replacement of all siding at rake walls above roof line for buildings N, P, Q, R, S and Rec Room. 13. Removal and replacement of WRB behind siding at rake walls. 14. Installation of all flashings, SAM and penetration gaskets required for a complete siding system at rake walls. 15. Haul away and dispose of all debris and demolished materials. 16. Include painting all b-vent flashings, roof accessories and lead pipe flashings as needed. 17. Daily cleaning and final cleaning of all trash and debris. 18. Prevailing wage rates to be included. 19. Acceptable roofing products must meet these warranty requirements: Contractors workmanship warranty for a period of two (2) years from final completion. Subcontractors labor and materials for a period of two (2) years from final completion. Roofing manufacturers warranty of 100% materials and labor for five (5) years without proration or reductions. Roofing manufacturers 40-year warranty for materials. 20. Provide all applicable permits.

The project includes, but is not limited to, the fabrication of shelving, cabinetry and Experiential Graphic Design (EGD) elements to be installed at the Parks Tacoma Headquarters. Installation will require modification to existing electrical systems, selective demo of drywall and bracing to support the wall-mounted features, and wiring of new lighting systems. MWBE goal of eight percent (8%)

NSD intends to award a contract for GC/CM services utilizing a three-step competitive selection process to procure the highest qualified contractor with the strongest management team at market competitive fees. Statement of Qualifications will be evaluated, and a number of firms will be shortlisted for extended interviews and fee proposals.

The project consists of interior tenant improvements one three (3) floors of the Superior Courthouse. The building will be occupied during construction and to remain functional, the project has been divided into two (2) phases. This scope of work is for Phase 1 only.

The City of Seattle, through its Seattle Public Utilities, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a contractor to provide long-haul transportation and disposal services for non-recycled Solid Waste generated in the City (residential and nonresidential). The resulting services contract will replace SPUs current longhaul and disposal contract.

Snohomish County is seeking a Transfer Agreement with a qualified Proposer to relocate, preserve and reuse the Granite Falls Bridge 102, which is owned by Snohomish County. The existing bridge will remain until the new bridge is complete. It is anticipated that the existing bridge will be removed in 2029 by the contractor and stored at or near the project area if a proposal agreement is approved.
