RFQ Unit Price Fabric Filter Bag Change Out Services, Spokane, WA

Geiger Blvd, Spokane WA, 99224, operates a 24-hour/365 day per year environment and works under aggressive deadlines and schedules that require suppliers to provide high service levels. The COS WTEF utilizes two Babcock and Wilcox refuse fired boiler units each operating at 850 psig 825 F producing up to 114000 lbs/hr of steam per hour. The flue gas flows up from the furnace and thru a 33 pendant wide 20 tube deep super heater before entering a long flow generating bank. From the generator the flue gas flows thru a two unit Kentube horizontal tube economizer. Upon exiting the economizer the gas then flows down thru a seven story high spray dyer absorber before entering the fabric filter bag houses. Each of the two boiler units has its own dedicated fabric filter bag house. Each bag house is comprised of six modules equipped with a total of 1,710 fabric filter bags. Boiler Unit 1s dedicated fabric filter bag house had a complete bag change out in May 2021, requiring 1710 fabric filter bags to be changed out. Boiler Unit 2s dedicated fabric filter bag house had a complete bag change out in May 2022, requiring 1710 fabric filter bags to be changed out. Each fabric filter bag house is changed out approximately every 4 to 5 years. Contractor will do all work, furnish all labor, materials, tools, construction equipment, transportation (mob/demob), supplies (to include Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)), supervision, permits, organization and other items of work and cost necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work described for Fabric Filter Bag Change Out Services for the COS WTEF. There are six modules per unit with a total of 1,710 bag assemblies per unit. COS WTEF to provide new fabric filter bags.

Roof & Siding Replacement at Laurelwood Gardens, Federal Way, WA

Total free area of ventilation must meet code requirements for attic ventilation. 7. Install Cor-A-Vent IN-Vent Attic Roof Vent or approved equal. Block eave vents after installation. 8. Install all metal 24-gauge flashing components according to manufacturers recommendations including roof penetration flashing, roof to wall flashing, eave and rake flashings and W-Valley flashing. 9. Install permanent fall arrest/restraint roof anchors and all other accessory items to complete the installation and maintenance of the roof in a safe and secure manner. 10. Install new fascia boards where there is any decay or rot that would prevent the exterior paint to be applied and warranted. Include painting of all fascia prior to installation of new gutters. (See Section 1.5 UNIT COSTS for details.) 11. Install new 5 K-style aluminum gutters and 2x3 aluminum downspouts to match existing locations. 12. Removal, disposal and replacement of all siding at rake walls above roof line for buildings N, P, Q, R, S and Rec Room. 13. Removal and replacement of WRB behind siding at rake walls. 14. Installation of all flashings, SAM and penetration gaskets required for a complete siding system at rake walls. 15. Haul away and dispose of all debris and demolished materials. 16. Include painting all b-vent flashings, roof accessories and lead pipe flashings as needed. 17. Daily cleaning and final cleaning of all trash and debris. 18. Prevailing wage rates to be included. 19. Acceptable roofing products must meet these warranty requirements: Contractors workmanship warranty for a period of two (2) years from final completion.
