The scope includes: 1. Construction of a 4-pipe air to water CO2 heat pump plant and associated pumps, supporting equipment, and piping distribution to three housing buildings (Spruce, Hawthorn, and Maple). 2. Retrofit of 12 air handling units (4 in each building noted above) with new supply and return fanwalls, hot water and chilled water coils, dampers, and filters. Construction must be phased for retrofit of 2 air handling units at a time, one building at a time. .New DDC system front located at the Central Plant Building Z with new DDC controls for the new central plant equipment and new DDC controls for Spruce, Hawthorn, and Maple. Demolition of any existing 400 hp fire tube hot water boiler from the central plant Building Z. Demolition of a portion of the Central Plant Building Z wall assembly and installation of a new roll-up service door and louvers in the same location. Site distribution of buried chilled and heat water piping from the Central Plant Building Z to the CO2 heat pump located on an new concrete equipment pad on site and to the Spruce, Hawthorn, and Maple Buildings. This Contract provides for the removal of the existing parking lot at Hill Tower Park and replacement with on-street angled parking, sidewalk/multi-use path, bike lane, and associated stormwater work. It also includes replacement of a rockery with a gravity block wall and removal/resurfacing of a sport court. The improvements include, but are not specifically limited to, removal and reconstruction of limited pavement areas, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, pavement markings, retaining wall, and other miscellaneous items.

VRFA Fire Station 38 portion: the project includes a new two-story Fire Station of approximately 14,960 sq. ft. and associated site and offsite work. The station will be a steel framed structure on deep foundations with (3) full apparatus bays, support spaces, crew workspaces, crew living spaces, and (7) sleeping rooms. The site is approximately 1.16 acres. Site and offsite work includes site structures, storm water systems, utilities, landscaping, paving, frontage improvements, and additional work VRFA Administrative Headquarters portion: The Project includes approximately 18,400 square feet of remodeling (including extensive demolition and repartitioning of spaces) of an existing medical office building. The project includes exterior envelope improvements and site work at the perimeter of the building and at two parking lots plus alternate items. The Owner may issue a single Notice to Proceed or separate Notices to Proceed to commence the VRFA Fire Station 38 and VRFA Administrative Headquarters portions of the Project. The Owner intends for the two portions of the Project to be in construction concurrently during their respective durations.

Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County is requesting proposals from firms who are interested in providing comprehensive Security Guard Services for the District.

The project will consist of, but is not limited to, interior asphalt repairs of approximately 26,410 SF and is inside the fenceline at the Clark County Fairgrounds. Parking Lot C is approximately 135,000 +/- SF and will require Type 1 Slurry Seal to extend the life of the existing asphalt. Before applying the slurry seal, fix any holes or damage prior application. In Parking Lot F there is a walkway path that requires excavation, hauling in base rock, laying new asphalt, and is approximately 8 W x 325 L.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to abate asbestos-containing materials in the hatchery building. This includes the ceiling sheeting and insulation in the Incubation Room and Mixing Room, as well as all asbestos pipe-wrap in the Mixing Room at the Department's Tokul Creek Hatchery. 15% apprentice utilization requirement.

Construct pedestrian crossing improvements at the intersection of S 38th Street and Cedar Street, including curb bulbs, accessible curb ramps, high visibility crosswalk markings, signal updates, and replacement of traffic signal heads. Construct sidewalk with landscaping on the north side of S 38th Street from Cedar Street to the existing facility. The Federal Small Business Enterprise Program (FSBE) goal for this work is 12%.

The construction contract includes asphalt paving, constructing a concrete valley gutter, replacement and installation of new stormwater catch basins and the associated stormwater drain pipe, installing oil/water separators, and a flow splitter and other site work, at Whatcom Countys Central Shop. There is an apprenticeship utilization minimum requirement of 15% of total labor hours for this contract.

The project consists of surfacing existing roadways with designated roadways receiving a chip seal with a fog seal treatment, crack sealing, removal and replacement of pavement markings. The work takes place on various City of Puyallup streets. State Certification is required. Contractor must have proper certifications and licenses and follow all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. All work shall be completed in conformance with the 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, the current version of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and the City of Puyallup Public Works Engineering & Construction Standards.

Work to be performed under these Specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the project with pavement preservation improvements that include planning and overlaying Harbour Pointe Boulevard with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). The Base Bid includes erosion control measures, traffic control, removals, Storm installation, utility adjustments, curbing, sidewalk and curb ramps, pavement markings, vehicle detection loop replacement, relocation of a rectangular rapid flashing beacon system, signing, fog sealing and other Work.

Work shall include traffic control, sewer bypass system, pavement saw-cutting and removal, trench excavation, gravity sewer pipe and manhole upsizing and replacement, side sewer locating, side sewer reconnection, forcemain reconnection, surface restoration including trench patch, testing and all other incidental work for a complete upsizing of the 67th Ave Sewer Interceptor.

Remove existing pond liner and replace with new pond liners at the Similkameen and Dryden Pond facilities.

This project provides for the improvement of King County owned facility D91563 by retrofitting the current detention pond facility to improve the ponds flow control function through an increase in the detention volume, improve the ponds water quality treatment function and provide the associated downstream benefits. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, tree removal, removing and replacing stormwater structures, installing stormwater pipes, connecting to existing structures, restoring sidewalks and roadway pavement, erosion control, landscape planting, temporary traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plans, these Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, the KCRDCS, and the WSDOT Standard Plans for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. Subcontracting Opportunities: Paving, Traffic Control, Planting, Surveying, Road and ADA.

This project includes construction of Type 2 (II) emulsified asphalt slurry (approximately 325,000 SY), traffic control, pavement marking removal and replacement, signs, and other incidental work.

This project includes full depth resurfacing of the northern half of the existing parking lot, minor widening in locations, installation of stormwater infrastructure, curb and gutter replacement, streetlight installation, new trash enclosures, new striping, installation of various parking lot features (speed humps, wheel stops, etc.), and new landscaping in areas.

This project includes the installation of six (6) asphalt speed humps, nine (9) concrete chokers, ADA ramps, removal of pavement markings, pavement markings, removal of traffic signs, and traffic signs.
