Removing and reinstalling the existing chlorine contact channel isolation valve vault cover to facilitate replacement of an existing 48-inch butterfly valve. 3. Cutting the flange off the existing 48-inch concrete cylinder pipe in the vault to facilitate installation of the new valve. 4. Demolishing and removing the existing isolation butterfly valve, stem, and operator pedestal at the chlorine contact channel isolation valve vault. 5. Installing a new 48-inch butterfly valve, flange coupling adapter, and pipe support in the existing chlorine contact channel isolation valve vault.
