The scope of work includes reconstruction of approximately 1400 LF of taxiway pavement, stormwater improvements including subdrains, installation of conduit and edge light base cans for future use, and application of pavement markings.

This contract provides for the application of chip seal to approximately 1.2 total miles of various roadways throughout the Town. The improvements shall include, but are not specifically limited to, traffic control, grading, application of gravel, application of chip seal surface treatments, and related work items. The application of fog seal to these roadways shall be an additive schedule of work.

Project Description: The Work includes the requirements for the removal and satisfactory disposal of items within these Specifications including the following: 1. A warehouse/manufacturing building containing office space, storage areas, loading docks, a utility room, and product manufacturing areas. There are areas that abatement work will be needed to remove and dispose of Asbestos, Lead and PSB's properly. 2. A concrete secondary containment area, which contains chillers and tanks formerly to used store wastewater, glycol, and dissolver. 3. A process building that contains zinc oxide dryer, a truck loading area, and three (3) concrete secondary containment areas that contain process tanks and silos. 4. An above ground storage tank (AST) used to store sulfur dioxide. 5. Three (3) compressed air AST's. 6. A concrete lined stormwater pond. 7. A railroad spur that traverses the southwest boundary of the site. 8. A river water pump house. 9. A septic system. 10. A Parshall flume associated with a non-contact cooling water discharge outfall. 11. Miscellaneous concrete, and steel structures (i.e., walls, bollards, elevated pads, guardrails, previously decommissioned groundwater monitoring/injection and extraction well monuments/well lids, etc.)

Educational Service District 112, ESD112, Vancouver, Washington, is soliciting competitive bids from responsible contractors for framing work as part of our 18th St. Renovation.

NSD intends to award a contract for General Contractor/Construction Manager services utilizing a three-step competitive selection process to procure the highest qualified contractor with the strongest management team at market competitive fees. Step 1: Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) - based on evaluations of the SOQs, a number of firms will be short-listed. Step 2: Extended interviews of short-listed firms. This may include jobsite and/or office visits as well as extended interviews with NSD selection committee members. Step 3: Based on NSDs evaluations of the interviews, the most highly qualified team(s) will be invited to submit fee proposals for specified general conditions and contractors fee. In general, the scope includes: Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical and Civil work in creating an outdoor recreation area for incarcerated individuals in a high-security environment. The scope of work includes concrete paving, high-security fencing, recreation equipment, outdoor restroom and CMU screen walls. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.

This contract provides for construction of sidewalks and pervious sidewalks that are damaged due to street trees and deterioration. New ADA curb ramps are to be constructed at corners of intersections adjacent to the sidewalk work. Storm drains and storm mains will be installed near upgraded ADA Curb Ramps.

The project Port Gardner Storage Facility West Marine View Drive Storm and Combined Sewer Construction Package 1 consists of construction of various diameter pipelines and structures to convey wastewater and stormwater to the Port Gardner Storage Facility (PGSF) from multiple locations north and south of PGSF. The PGSF will provide temporary combined sewer storage, reducing CSOs at the Citys four remaining uncontrolled CSO discharge points to meet the Washington State Department of Ecology executed Agreed Order number 11638.This facility will also provide stormwater treatment for separated stormwater drainage basins with conveyance to the Citys deepwater outfall and local stormwater conveyance to the Everett Water Pollution Control Facility. This facility is scheduled to be operational by December 31, 2027.

This Contract provides for the installation of two new well house buildings around recently drilled municipal drinking water wells and other work. The scope includes extending existing access, a structure, a vertical-turbine well pump and motors while connecting to the existing water, electrical and communications systems to make those new wells functional for the Water Station 1 Wellfield.

In general, the scope includes: 2 of 5 Cascade Hall: Replacement of 2 computer room split system AC units with like kind equipment, and associated accessories and controls. Syre Hall: Replacement of 1 split system AC condensing unit and indoor air handler direct expansion cooling coil with like kind equipment, and associated accessories and controls. Heiner Hall: Replacement of existing lighting controls for the public spaces within building. Kulshan Hall: Replacement of existing lighting controls for the public spaces within building. Laidlaw Hall: Replacement of existing lighting controls for the exterior lighting controlled from this building. Plumbing: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. C. HVAC: Alter existing and add new construction. D. F. 1.05 Fire Alarm: Restore existing system and equipment to operational condition. Contractor is required to remove and deliver the following to Owner prior to start of work: 1. This project consists of the construction of approximately 5,900 CY of stream bed excavation prior to installation of approximately 3,200 CY of riprap and 2,900 CY of streambed aggregates, restoration plantings, creek bypass around the work zone., and other related miscellaneous items. Due to permitting and other constraints, work below the ordinary high water mark cannot begin until 7-1-26.

Contractor to construct and/or install the following, including but not limited to: Project A: 1. Temporary erosion and sediment control measures. 2. Trenching, excavation, shoring, dewatering, bedding, backfill, and compaction for installation of a new plug valve, precast vault, and line stop fitting along an existing 30-inch ductile iron force main. 3. Bypass pumping from backup LS 1B to the LS 1 wet well to facilitate installation of the line stop, new 30-inch valve, and associated appurtenances. 4. Installing a line stop fitting, including pouring and curing a concrete block under the existing pipe to support the line stopping equipment, to execute a line stop and removing the line stop equipment and sealing the line stop fitting when the valve installation is complete. 5. Removing a portion of the existing 30-inch ductile iron force main to facilitate installation of the new plug valve. 6. Installing the new 30-inch plug valve, connecting piping, and associated appurtenances. 7. Installing a precast vault for the new 30-inch plug valve with cast-in-place footings. 8. Surface restoration. Project B: 1. Temporary erosion and sediment control measures. 2. Removing and reinstalling the existing chlorine contact channel isolation valve vault cover to facilitate replacement of an existing 48-inch butterfly valve. 3. Cutting the flange off the existing 48-inch concrete cylinder pipe in the vault to facilitate installation of the new valve. 4. Demolishing and removing the existing isolation butterfly valve, stem, and operator pedestal at the chlorine contact channel isolation valve vault. 5. Installing a new 48-inch butterfly valve, flange coupling adapter, and pipe support in the existing chlorine contact channel isolation valve vault.

The Project proposes to install four rectangular rapid flashing beacon crossing at various locations in the City. The general aspects of this work will involve installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons, high visibility crosswalk markings, signing, pavement markings, and curb ramps as needed.

The Contract shall generally consist of pedestrian and safety improvements adjacent to the Baker Middle School. Included in the Contract are bulb-outs, new channelization, hybrid beacon, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, and ADA-compliant curb ramp and sidewalk upgrades. The Federal Small Business Enterprise Program (FSBE) goal for this work is 12%.

This contract provides for annual maintenance, load bank testing, service and immediate-need repairs of City owned generators. Locations of generators includes generators at City facilities, water stations, wastewater stations and portable generators, and other work.

The work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination and overhead to perform demolition, lead and asbestos abatement, and well decommissioning at various sites within the County. Structures will be homes, mobile homes and various non-residential structures throughout the County with some located along river and floodplain acquired spaces. Work orders will have various needs and will be included in each work order. These sites will later be returned to a natural state by restoration teams or other groups within King County. 8% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract.

This contract provides for the preparation and installation of Slurry Seal Type II to existing asphalt streets, pavement marking removal and replacement, street surface preparation, herbicide application, vegetation trimming, street sweeping and other work.
