This project includes site development work to construct a new public parking lot with 14 spaces at 313 and 321 W Meeker Ave including, but not limited to: 1. Installation of all required temporary erosion and sedimentation control (TESC) measures; 2. Clearing and grubbing of existing vegetation and excavation of existing site materials to established pavement subgrade; 3. Demolition of site fencing and other existing improvements; 4. Installation of new utility service connections and a new stormwater utility extension; 5. Installation of parking lot lighting with new commercial electrical service; 6. Construction of permeable pavement system with applicable curbing and ADA accessibility features and new driveway approaches; 7. Installation of new landscaping and complete irrigation system; 8. Installation of new site perimeter fencing; 9. Complete final restoration as indicated on the plans; 10. Providing all associated work as shown on the Plans and within these specifications, for a complete and finalized workable system.

Seeking qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional services for the evaluation, design, and preparation of construction documents for improvements to the Citys Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Project elements include, but are not limited to, upgrades to the non-potable water pumping system and the anaerobic digester gas storage and gas handling systems. The selected consultant will assist the City in developing a comprehensive project to address aging infrastructure and equipment that has exceeded its useful service life. Anticipated improvements include evaluation and replacement of non-potable water system pumps, anaerobic digester cleaning, valve replacement, and upgrades to the digester gas handling system. Work will also include evaluation and replacement of the existing digester gas storage membrane (Dystor membrane or approved equal), along with associated system components to improve reliability, safety, and operational performance.

The intent of this project is to obtain contractor services to install two (2) new Aerco Benchmark BMK 2000 MBH input natural gas fired boilers into the existing building three (3) heating boiler assembly at the Clark County Public Service Center building.

The project consists of work to be performed between July 15, 2026 & September 30, 2026 and consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental theretofore and as generally described as follows: Construction of the 2026 Pavement Preservation Scrub Seal Project which shall consist of, but not be limited to: 1. Mobilization and cleanup 2. Temporary traffic control necessary to complete the project 3. Application of emulsified asphalt and aggregate for Scrub Seal treatment 4. Application of emulsified asphalt for fog seal treatment All work will be located within the City right-of-way or on City property. The project consists of completing a scrub seal treatment and finishing with a fog seal on 32 neighborhood roads totaling 3.65 miles.

The work to be performed under the City of Marysvilles Marysville Middle School - 49th DR NE (South of Grove ST) Safe Routes to School project shall include construction of a 10 foot wide shared use sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, curb ramps to meet ADA standards, vehicular access gate, drainage improvements, bio infiltration swale / trench , utility adjustment, restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.

The project includes work at two adjacent sites. The first site is located along Mill Creek and includes in-channel sediment removal work in the creek. The other site is located along 76th Ave South, which includes storm pipe solids removal work in a large underground storm pipe.

Base Bid consists of the replacement of two raw water pumps, housed in an insulated aluminum building above a raw water reservoir (East Pumphouse). Existing pumps will be removed and salvaged to the Town of Carbonado. New, 1.5-hp pumps will be installed on existing pump mounts and connected to existing piping and electrical. Minor pipe modifications are anticipated to accommodate new pumps. This Contract shall generally consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 90,000 SF of asphalt and concrete pavement at the Tacoma Recovery and Transfer Center. Replacement of the attached pavement striping is also included.

Scope of work is indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. It includes installation of new IP security cameras to replace existing interior cameras, new exterior IP security cameras, and new security video servers and storage as indicated on the drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes: 1. Building C & D Bridge Repairs: Structural alterations to repair corroded steel, weatherproofing improvements, replacement of steel fireproofing. 2. Building B & L Bridge Repairs: Structural alterations to repair corroded steel, weatherproofing improvements, seismic improvements to MEP services crossing the bridges, replacement of the ACP grid ceiling with a linear system including replacement of exterior lighting and fire safety alterations. The Seattle Public Library seeks architectural and engineering (A/E) teams to provide design and construction administration services for the renovation of its Columbia Branch Library. The building totals approximately 12,225 square feet and includes a historic Carnegie section (approximately 6,825 SF, constructed in 1915) and a 2004 addition (approximately 5,400 SF). The A/E team must prepare documents to meet Library requirements for review at programming, schematic design, 30% construction documents, 60% construction documents, permit set and submittal, 90% construction documents, 100% construction documents, bid set, and addendums.

Work associated with proposed improvements is generally described as follows: Installation of a 4,000-gallon double walled above-ground fuel storage system containing 3,000 gallons of diesel fuel and 1,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline. Concrete tank footings, tank pad, fueling pad will be installed. Work includes design of fuel tank footing, excavation, pavement demolition, asphalt paving, lighting, and drainage improvements.

The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services to perform a range of construction activities at the Northwest Landing Wastewater Pump Station. The work includes constructing a below grade reinforced concrete foundation with spill containment walls, installation of a polyethylene storage tank, ferric chloride compatible pump system, steel roof structure, emergency shower/eyewash stations, chain-link fence, gates, stairs, and various electrical conduit, water and chemical piping, cables, wiring, and other appurtenances necessary for a functional system. The chemical pump system includes control and alarm panels with Owner furnished equipment for connection to the existing SCADA system. The work also includes extending power cables and conduits from the existing motor control center in the pump station to contractor provided electrical panels. The work also includes tapping the existing water service line and extension to the emergency showers. The pump station must remain operational throughout the work.

For qualifications for drafting and design support services to complete construction plans and design to install advance intersection warning system, mini roundabouts, curb extensions, signing, pavement markings, and additional traffic control for public bidding.

For mitigating contamination issues with a persistent pathogen of potato, the rock bed/dirt below the benches in all potato greenhouse spaces needs to be replaced with cement, and proper drainage needs added to allow this change.

Contractor shall provide qualified mechanical and piping personnel including trained labor and supervision experienced in nuclear facility work. Columbia will not supplement Contractors staff. Contractor shall perform mechanical, piping, and instrumentation modifications in support of Engineering Changes 20822 and 20820.
