Project will remove both of the existing gateway signs at the entrance to the Tri-Cities Campus and in front of the Wine Science Center. Construct new concrete and basalt signs at each location. There is electric at both locations which power the lights for the signs, and that will need to be removed and reinstalled. Landscaping around the signs will need to be restored to match existing. Kitsap Transit is issuing this Request for Qualifications to solicit proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced firms to provide construction management services for the installation of sixteen inductive charging units at four locations, including one maintenance base and three transit centers. The work includes the installation of inductive charging pads, charging cabinets, switchgears, demolition of existing concrete, excavation, groundwork, paving, grading, striping, utility upgrades, and other associated tasking. Utility upgrades will include the installation of transformers and high voltage wiring. A list of specific work sites is listed in the scope of work.

The City of Sequim seeks qualified firms to provide on-call professional utility engineering services. The contract term will be for 3 years and may be extended at the discretion of the City to the maximum 4 years. Services shall include analysis, modeling, design, cost estimating, specification and report preparation, development and peer review, and other services requiring professional engineering expertise related to and in support the City of Sequim water and sewer capital projects and peer review of land development proposals. Firms selected will receive an on-call task order agreement with the City Sequim. Individual tasks will be negotiated as stand-alone assignments terminating when the task budget is exhausted, or the task time frame has expired.

The City of Sequim seeks qualified firms to provide on-call right of way services.The contract term will be for 3 years and may be extended at the discretion of the City to the maximum 4 years. Services shall include assisting the City of Sequim in appraising and acquiring real property rights in the support of a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funded transportation project with oversight administration by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Local Programs Office. The right of way services must be in accordance with the right of way procedures of the WSDOT Right of Way Manual M26-01 and Federal acquisition laws. Appraisers must be on the WSDOT approved appraisers list. The City of Sequim reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm for any subsequent phases (CN). The DRA is soliciting proposals from architecture and engineering (A&E) firms to provide professional design, project management, and construction management services for the remodel of two (2) guest rooms at the Hilton Vancouver Washington Hotel. This project is time sensitive in that following approval of the design and completion of the two prototype rooms, the DRA anticipates progressing forward to a full renovation of all hotel guest rooms.

Locate the main mini-split interior fan wall-hung unit above the west kitchen window. Include drywall demo and patching back for running the new line-sets up in the ceiling. Painting by others. Include in your bid the setting of the RTU, providing & installing a new curb, curb flashing, curb-pan, and all other roof work. Site visit required.

The exact disciplines required and the amount of work for each discipline has not been determined. The Consultant should be capable of adding disciplines expeditiously as necessary to meet the needs of specific work orders. There is no guarantee that all services in this Scope of Work will be used.
